Our latest market insights from UP HQ…and last month, sales at UP were up 72% compared to July 2023.

What a week!

The Olympic vibe is always an inspiration. So many late nights, but worth it to cheer on so many amazing athlete performances. At the same time we have enjoyed a significant up take from vendors wanting to take advantage of a lower interest rate environment and beat the traditional Spring listing rush. Yes, we are busy. Of interest is the number of new listings that are selling relatively quickly. Auction attendance is solid with a return to competitive bidding and sales under the hammer. Another interesting observation is that for most of last year our average selling price hovered at around $2 million, in July it jumped to just over $3 million – an indicator of more activity at the upper end.

Yes there’s lots to cheer about!
