What a week it has been! After being named number one for ‘Client Experience’ at the Harcourts Cooper and Co Awards, I was excited to also receive the top spot for client experience at the Harcourts Northern Region awards, chosen from agents across Pukekohe to Mangawhai. This sale means a lot to me. I listed this home last year when it was a plaster home, and we couldn’t get the price it deserved. My fantastic vendors chose to take it off the market and reclad it, a process that took almost eight months and many sleepless nights. The transformation was amazing. After showing it to more than 30 groups in 4 weeks, I’m excited to share that it SOLD for $1,575,000, which is $125,000 over CV.
