What do we actually look for during a property inspection? 🏠

A property inspection is about more than checking whether a home looks tidy.
When we visit a property, we’re looking at the small things that can make a big difference over time:
• Is everything working as it should?
• Are there any signs of leaks, dampness or damage?
• Are there maintenance issues that need attention?
• Is the property being reasonably well looked after?
• Are there any small problems that could become bigger (and more expensive) later?
Regular inspections help us spot issues early, keep communication clear, and make sure the property remains a good home for the tenant and a well-maintained investment for the owner.

New regulations on m**hamphetamine testing in rental properties.
