RBNZ has cut the Official cash rate (OCR) by another 25 points to 3.25% as widely anticipated. This marks the 6th consecutive cut since August 2024 totaling 225 basis points cut. This should stimulate the market again and improve prices for seller and making it easier for buyer to get borrowing.
