🔨Barfoot & Thompson Auction Update: 🏘
The Barfoot & Thompson team called 250 auctions for April compared to 601 for April last year. Despite the low number called, our success rate at 57.64% is higher than last year and we have also seen a slightly higher average sold price.
Looking forward, May has already started off much more positively with greater bidder activity and a 28% increase in under the hammer clearance rate. There are 324 auctions booked for May to date, so while April was tough, all signs point to a bounce in the right direction for the coming month.
