A new chapter for a Jervois Road landmark.

We’re excited to share the future home of Alba Property in the heart of Herne Bay.

Over the coming months, we’ll be carefully revitalising this character building into a space that reflects the next chapter of Alba — considered design, community, hospitality and great businesses coming together under one roof.

Alongside our new HQ, we’re offering approximately 70sqm of premium frontage space for lease, suited to boutique hospitality, retail, wellness, showroom or office use.

Plans are already underway to further activate the site, including a boutique coffee offering and curated commercial environment designed to create something genuinely special for the neighbourhood.

We’ll also be documenting the fit-out, renovation and journey as the space evolves over the coming months — this is just the beginning.

We’re looking for the right operator to join us as part of this evolving Jervois Road destination.
