Best Value Recommendation – Mt Wellington Project

Strengths:
1. Spacious Layout – Four large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, approx. 160 sqm of floor area. No lawn mowing required, just a small courtyard with artificial grass. The downstairs area can be rented out, used as a guest suite, senior-friendly living space, or even as a home office/studio. Extremely versatile.
2. Prime Location – Very convenient access to the motorway, making travel across Central, West, and South Auckland easy. Close to multiple supermarkets, shopping centres, and only 4 minutes to the brand-new IKEA. A large park is right across the road.
3. Outstanding Price – The developer has given me a special deal within a special deal. It’s truly unbeatable. Please compare, please negotiate, but this price is too sharp to publish here. Message me directly for details.

Drawbacks:

This was not my meal… yet.
But I’ve already set a date to try it myself.

Here’s the story:
A friend of mine – who’s also a client and my local guide – told me,
“This time, my goal is… 20 lobsters.”

I listened carefully, very carefully.
He said it with the kind of determination people usually reserve for life goals.

So, when I finally go, I’ll make sure to take photos for everyone.

Now, here’s the challenge for you:
Can you guess which restaurant this is?
Taipei’s dining scene can get a little crazy.

Lobsters here, lobsters there – all-you-can-eat.
Wagyu beef – all-you-can-eat.
Are these things really meant to be eaten without limits?

My friend said,
“Guess the place, and I’ll tell you on the 19th.”

I agreed… but honestly, I have no idea.
