This one is going in the history books!

6 months on the market….but why?

Because, honestly… we got really unlucky with this one.

From tenants not maintaining the property, to the damage left behind after they moved out, this home certainly had its fair share of challenges.

Then came two fallen contracts😅 — both due to circumstances completely outside of our control.

But throughout it all, our incredible owner never lost faith in us. 💛 They worked tirelessly to bring the property back to life and continued to trust us every step of the way.

But did we give up?
