SOLD - 733 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden
Quick story: This was my first ever appraisal in Real Estate 5 years ago.
The vendors originally didn't list with us last year when they first went on the market. When the property went unsold during that campaign, we were fortunate enough to earn the opportunity and the vendors' trust to lead their second campaign.
This campaign wasn't straight forward at times, Here are some of the numbers...
- Over 140 days on the market
- More than 10 offers presented throughout the campaign
- Sold via a multi offer
- Over 200 inspections and enquiries
- Countless open homes and private inspections
Now the sold sticker has gone up and the dust has settled, Like all campaigns it offers a great opportunity to look back at where things have come from.
From being the new real estate agent on the block a few years ago with an oversized suit, fresh haircut, and way too many words - to now steering a campaign we originally lost, the journey has been incredible. We navigated every curveball possible to get this one across the line. It leaves me feeling both humbled and grateful as we continue to build this career, brick by brick.
This was our fourth sale this week as a team and it is exciting to see where things are going less than a year working together .realestate.
