The latest REINZ figures show the North Shore was the only one of the four Auckland regions reported where the median sale price increased compared with July 2025.

North Shore:
Median sale price: $1,160,000
Up 0.9% year-on-year

278 sales
Down 13.4% year-on-year

Median days to sell: 50 days
3 days longer than July 2025
