Dreamlux Property Officially Enters the Luxury Home Market!

After years of meticulous planning—from site selection and design to construction and interior finishing—this St Heliers Bay luxury villa was finally completed at the end of last year.

Blending luxury with smart technology, this villa features a heated swimming pool, spa pool, fully automated irrigation system, professional-grade home theater, floating staircase, Control4 whole-home automation system, solar panels with an EV charging station, as well as German Hacker kitchen cabinets and Italian Poliform wardrobes. The 6-meter-high living room wall is clad in premium Venetian Plastering, and every room is equipped with an independent split air conditioning system, ensuring the ultimate in comfort.
