My seller’s life has changed so instead of moving in, as she dreamed of four years ago when she bought off the plans , her beautiful brand new Apartment is offered to the market. 2 bedrooms plus multi purpose room , 2 side by side carparks and 2 storage lockers are included in this divine city home offering that is part of The Domain Collection.

Some homes ask very little of you ......think Primrose Hill , Hampstead Heath or think the iconic Auckland Domain Park where soldiers assembled before going to fight for their country.
Imagine arriving home and sitting on this balcony with a glass of w**e and thinking "all is right with the world" ......

A buyer gave me an armful of orchids on 27 June when we met to sign an offer ! Here they are nearly a month later still giving me great joy !
In my next life I’ll be a florist !
Such generosity!
Hopefully tomorrow they confirm and my buyer will have bought their first home …a Cheshire designed Apartment in SKHY 2.
