Today I begin an exciting new chapter as General Manager of Professionals | Meros Group.

After many rewarding years in real estate sales, this opportunity allows me to focus on something I've become increasingly passionate about - helping build an environment where great people can do their best work.

What drew me to Meros was a business with strong values, ambitious plans and a genuine commitment to its people. I'm looking forward to working alongside Rick, our branch managers and the wider team as we continue building a business that supports high-performing agents, delivers exceptional outcomes for clients, and creates opportunities for people to grow.

Over the coming weeks my focus will be on listening, learning and building relationships before looking at where we can continue to improve and grow together.
