Walter is an educated professional with an IT background and spent large portions of his career as a Technical Sales Consultant and Support Engineer in large corporate and New Zealand government organisation, such as Digital Equipment Corporation, PB Technologies and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. During this period, he dev
eloped a keen interest in real estate building himself a successful investment portfolio in residential property. With plenty of first-hand experience in selling, purchasing and managing his own properties, Walter started his career in the real estate industry. Focusing on customer service, Walt made a seamless transition from the IT industry to real estate, an industry for which he has developed in real passion. Marketing and selling customer’s most valuable asset is Walter’s utmost responsibility which he takes it very seriously. He endeavours to make the whole process a rewarding and stress free experience for all his clients. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and with well-connected network, Walter has a close relationship with buyers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and elsewhere in the Asia region. He has been living in Auckland East suburbs for more than 20 years’ resident amongst New Zealands largest Chinese population base. Walter has a well-established sizeable network throughout the Chinese community. Walt also has keen interests in Feng Shui (风水) and is happy to advise potential vendors on their property’s presentation, maximising its appeal to Chinese buyers.
