Tony Buckwell - B&T

Following a highly successful career as a real estate salesperson in the West Auckland Region for almost a decade, Tony Buckwell now leads the accomplished team at Barfoot & Thompson Te Atatu. Awarded the #1 Branch Salesperson across multiple years and receiving numerous company-wide accolades, Tony thrives on sharing the skills and knowledge that contributed to his successes with the team he now

leads. A commitment to excellence in customer service, innovation, attention to detail and belief in developing ‘clients for life’ are some of the key attributes which permeate the entire team. In his own words, Tony explains “I see my role as providing the leadership and direction for a fantastic team here at Te Atatu. We are committed to providing an experience that exceeds the expectations of our vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. This is best achieved through a collaborative approach where we form a partnership with every client and customer.”

Team is everything at the Te Atatu Branch. Tony was a Professional Firefighter and Fire Officer for 24 years before joining Barfoot & Thompson. Having come from a long career as an officer and manager within an organisation that regularly surveyed at No 1 for trust and confidence by Kiwis, this was hugely important to me.
