Excited to be hosting our Barfoot & Thompson Annual Barn Dance (formerly HoeDown) to raise funds for Starship. Last year we raised more than $50k, which is important, but what's more, is that we had the best time. 250 cow gal/boys having a blast, line dancing, fighting the mechanical bull, eating delicious food and drinking exactly what we wanted. JamesRay's live band is back, so y'all know that means a boot-scootin-good-time and CountryHeartBeat Line Dancers are back to lead the dancing. So, tickets are available now on Eventfinda (just search barn dance and you can grab your tickets) and the silent Auction also goes live tonight. We live in a privileged position, and it's a joy to do something that means so much to many. This year, we have a fabulous prize for the best-dressed cowgirl & cowboy. See y'all there! YeeHa! 🤠 🐮

😻 Ron on a moody Auckland Saturday 😻 Just appreciating what a beautiful and lucky country we live in, I went to get me nails done, did some shopping, took the dogs to the groomers, met the guy who was installing Christmas lights at one of the branches, picked the pups up, came home, made a spritz, turned on some Van Morrison, got surrounded by gorgeous pets, and a beautiful outlook. All of this with no mask, no stress. Gosh I love Zealand and our people, and our animals! Lucky us. Beautiful day. 🙌🏼

🤷‍♀️🧐 I’ve been thinking...So now I am “management material” I am no longer selling so what to do with my Insta?! And I love you my friend, so what can I share with you? Well, I am in the middle of renovating my rammed earth home, which believe me isn’t easy as it’s exactly what I said, rammed earth! So a tricky project but once I’ve finished I’ll take you on a tour. In the meantime, I will start sharing my inspiration board with you. And maybe every now and then a finished corner peek.
