Amazing Result!

Last week, our auctioneer Murray Smith sold something a little outside the ordinary — a 55-unit motel!

Selling vacant in residential zoning, the property attracted a diverse mix of interest, from developers through to prospective motel operators. With seven registered bidders in the room, competition was strong from the outset. The property was placed on the market at $8,050,000 before ultimately selling under the hammer for an incredible $9,100,000.
