Sheanagh & Steve Noles for Real Estate Property + People = Results My name is Sheanagh Noles. I was raised in Auckland and embarked on my OE around Europe in 1989.

While living in London, I met my husband Steve and had our three children. We migrated back to New Zealand in 1998 and have lived in
the Howick area ever since. I initially came from a photographic background which has
given me a good eye for detail and creative marketing. I worked for several well known photographic labs in Auckland before going overseas. Since returning to Howick, I have focus

ed my energy on becoming involved in my local community, and since 2001,
I have served as an elected member of the Howick Community Board. I have been involved in finding resolutions for many public issues, as well as advocating to the local council. This work has given me a great insight into my immediate area and an understanding of the residents who live here. I also enjoy my other community focused role in which I work with elderly residents as a homecare assistant. More recently I have pursued a career with Barfoot & Thompson. Real estate challenges my competitive nature and gives me an opportunity to assist families like my own into a home and community that suits them. I enjoy meeting people and building relationships with people in my local area. My name is Steve Noles; I was born in Malta into A Royal Navy family and educated in the UK. In 1998 I moved to New Zealand with my wife and three children and established our new home in Howick. My successful career started in engineering and soon developed into a sales career. I achieved great rewards having my own business and used those skills to work with international communication companies, running teams and growing business accounts in New Zealand. Communications and marketing have been a fundamental part of my development and have assisted me in setting up strong relationships, which are so important when building trust with clients. In real estate we all want to trust the people we work with when negotiating and managing one of our biggest assets. From an early age I knew that sales and service was an area I found highly rewarding and very soon it was clear that becoming a market leader could be achieved if I offered a level of service that my clients expected and that would secure repeat business and referrals. Barfoot & Thompson offer the ability to grow and deliver that level of excellence. When relaxing I enjoy time with my teenage family and I love driving my restored British sports car, a Triumph Stag which is a passion for me. This was one of the ambitions that proved to me if you work hard enough you can fulfill dreams. Music and community service play a big part in my life. Playing the drums helps me relax and being a member of Rotary balances my local understanding of changes and development in our area. I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your real estate goals and dreams in buying, selling, investing or simply building a new lifestyle.
