QV House Price Index: January Snapshot

New figures from QV’s House Price Index show the national housing market remains relatively steady, with average property values rising gently over the three months to January.

While value movements remain modest, more parts of the country are now recording small increases, indicating the widespread declines seen previously have largely come to an end.
