FAREWELL FOR NOW 👋 it is with mixed feelings that I'm sharing that I will be taking a step away from Real Estate for the foreseeable future.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my business during this time, whether I've sold your property, helped you purchase your new home or you've referred business through to me. There may be a time when I re-enter the market, but for now I will continue enjoying my time as a full time mum and helping with my husband's business, Onestone Landscapes Ltd.

I've loved selling on the Coast and it has been an incredible six years with Harcourts Tandem Realty (eight, including my time as the weekend receptionist with Harcourts Kumeu!), so a big thank you to my wonderful colleagues and managers too 💙

Hi everyone! It's been a few months since I've checked in so I wanted to pop on and introduce the newest member to the team, Tye Henare who was born on the 6th of January 💙

The last year was an interesting one for me, being pregnant and working for eight months, then being a full time Mum since the start of the year, so I was wrapped to have placed 18th for the Harcourts Tandem Realty group!

I'll be off work for another few months yet, and am looking forward to selling houses and reconnecting with clients again later in the year 🙋‍♀️

NEW TEAM MEMBER COMING SOON 💙

If you have seen me waddling around town recently, you will know that I am expecting my first child in a few weeks so it is time to officially sign off for a few months! I will be taking maternity leave until the end of February 2021 and will then review when I will commence marketing property again at that stage.

While I won't be able to represent your home over the next few months, I am still available to give advice over the phone and can refer you to one of my colleagues who I feel will be the best fit for you and your property needs. I look forward to sharing the news of the safe arrival of our newest team member early next year!

It was great to put the sold sticker up on this amazing lifestyle property with Calvin Howarth Real Estate last week 🤝

We initially took this property to auction on the 26th of September and while we did have bidding, it wasn't quite enough to meet the reserve. As soon as it was priced, it remained very popular and after three offers it was declared SOLD!

Every sale is special but this one is EXTRA special as Kylie Cooper used to be my waterpolo coach 15 years ago 🙊 it’s been so nice to reconnect and work together again
