First week on the market has been a lot of fun! Open homes buzzing, with so much to see and do from popping down to the water's edge to hitting golf balls out into the bay, to simply stopping and contemplating the peace and serenity of that wonderful view... made all the more special by the glorious Auckland summer weather we are having!

First day on the market for 26 Stanley Point Rd - Last night we had a twilight neighbourhood viewing at this Kiwi Dream Home... about 40 or so neighbours joined for a glass of champagne and to wish Jacquie and Gerard well... thank you to all of you who came along!
