We manage a select range of top quality properties, organising everything from cleaning and key exchange to luxury amenities. After much success managing my own three Auckland properties and getting lots of requests from friends and family to do theirs as well, we started Urban Estates Property Management. A short term property management company using platforms Airbnb, Booking.com and Homeaway to

manage top quality Auckland properties in a professional manner. Our eco-friendly ethics means that we only use the environmentally friendly products for our cleaning and amenities. We charge 15% for just Airbnb or 20% for the other websites as well. Cleaning is charged to the guest and there are extra monthly charges for linen hire and restocking.

For this role you should have exceptional cleaning skills and ability to manage a small team while not afraid of the cleaning itself. You will have Vision to see whats missing and how we can do things better, while working under your own initiative. The ability to think on your feet and able to make decisions in the moment. You will have customer service skills and a clean driving license. Also you must be diligent, reliable and have a clean police record.

There is ability to move up in this business and take on some of the owners roles. The right applicant will show initiative and willing to learn new skills. There are some great bonuses and ability to negotiate salary if you can fill these positions.
