SELL THIS HOUSE
I've been trying to sell 31 Tuarangi Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland since February this year. There are no issues with the house. It's beautifully renovated and in excellent condition. I have a buyer who loves it. He's made two offers. They haven't been high enough to convince the owners to sell. The moral of this post?
It's about value. Where people see a property's value. For owners the question is "what would you sell it for today?" and for buyers "what would you pay today?" I'm waiting for the answers to align. Patiently....
It reminds me of my wee West Highland White terrier, Dougal, when he was alive. Patiently waiting at the door for his walk. Eventually it happened.
All houses sell ....and one day this one will too.
