Auckland property prices held steady in September even though sales turnover was at its lowest in five months.

“For the second consecutive month sale prices did not follow the decline in sales numbers, which at 768 were the second lowest for a month this year,” said Peter Thompson, Managing Director, Barfoot & Thompson.
