LEASED 🔑 | ROSEBANK

The complete Rosebank package is now leased.

With approximately **427sqm of warehouse, 307sqm of office and 14 car parks**, this was a quality industrial offering in the tightly held Harbourside Business Park.

Getting the deal across the line took plenty of communication and negotiation, but ultimately we were able to find the right fit and get both parties comfortable with the terms.

This one took a bit of work, but we got there.

The previous tenant had left the space in a state, and once Red Cross came on board there were a number of requirements and works to work through.

The landlord was willing to undertake the works required for Red Cross, and from there it was about keeping communication clear, negotiating the details and making sure everyone remained aligned throughout the process.

Not every deal is straightforward, and this one certainly had a few moving parts. Good communication and a willingness from both sides to find solutions ultimately got it over the line.
