Weโ€™re proud to release the latest edition of View North Shore, bringing together a beautiful collection of coastal, family and lifestyle properties across the North Shore.

With spring on the way, weโ€™re seeing more buyer activity, great auction results and some record high-value sales across our North Shore offices. Weโ€™re also settling into our beautiful new Takapuna office, with our auction room and Bayleys Cafe now open.

Save the date for a very special day in Devonport.

Weโ€™re proud to be supporting Homes of Devonport, returning on Friday 13 November. Giving you the chance to step inside a collection of beautiful local homes, gather plenty of inspiration and support some incredibly worthwhile causes along the way.

Funds raised will support Dementia Auckland, Cure Kids, Motor Neurone Disease NZ and the Devonport Rotary Charitable Trust.

We were so proud to see our Devonport Manager, Sue Stanaway, recognised for 30 years of service with Bayleys at the recent National Awards.

Thirty years is an incredible milestone, and for Sue it represents a career filled with relationships and friendships built across Bayleys and throughout the North Shore community.

The night was also a chance to celebrate our incredible Takapuna and Devonport agents and admin teams, and the care, teamwork and commitment they bring to their clients throughout the year.
