July Market update | Buyers don’t take winter off

July is supposed to be the quiet month. And yes, on the surface the market did take a breath.

But while I was on holiday in California, I sold three properties. Two of them off-market. If you have been thinking about selling and waiting for spring, here is what I want you to know. Serious buyers do not take winter off. They are out there, they are ready, and right now there is less competition from other listings than there will be in September.
