Here is my Creamy Garlic Potatoe Recipe for when your Potatoes are ready to eat

1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes
2. Grease a microwave proof dish with butter or margarine
3. Sprinkle garlic salt (or garlic & herb salt) around the dish
4. Place a layer of the cubed potatoes into the bottom of the dish
5. Sprinkle with the garlic salt (or garlic & herb salt)
6. Add another layer of potatoes and garlic salt (or garlic & herb salt)
7. Repeat until you have placed all of the potatoes in the dish
8. Pour cream over the potatoes (I usually do a large dish and use a bottle of cream)
9. Cover the dish and cook in the microwave on high for about 10 minutes. (Check to see how close they are to being cooked, the potatoes should be soft and tender)
10. If the potatoes are not soft and tender I would continue to cook for a few more minutes and then check again (Repeat until the potatoes are cooked.)
