In the August edition of The White Report, Director Dan White discusses the Group’s results.

"Australasia's housing market correction continued through August and our group recorded $3.49 billion in unconditional sales, which was 13 per cent lower than August 2017.

"Since peaking in September last year, property values have been consistently tracking lower suggesting spring selling conditions may deliver a challenge amid rising advertised stock levels, tight credit and indications that mortgage rates are tracking higher."

In the July edition of The White Report, Director Dan White discusses the group’s results. “In the middle of winter, the Ray White Group sold $3.3B across Australasia in July 2018,” said Dan White.

“This result was 12 per cent lower than our July 2017 figure, with overall volumes and prices on the east coast of Australia falling whilst the rest of Australia remains solid. New Zealand had its best July on record.
