Ayrburn Gala. ✨

Turns out getting gala-ready takes almost as much preparation as getting one of my clients’ homes market-ready.

Presentation is everything!

St Heliers’ Golden Girl… polished, prepared, and carrying a handbag for once instead of a SOLD sticker. 😉❤️

This is what a fun day out in your 30s looks like…

Sourcing exquisite pots imported from Italy, beautiful fabrics, luxurious textures, and timeless furniture for my next home styling project.

The older I get, the more excited I am by beautiful homes. Zero complaints. 🥂🏡

Design Inspiration at Its Finest ✨

As someone with a genuine passion for interior design, I was inspired to stay at the ROKI Collection during my recent trip to Queenstown after discovering the interiors were designed by the incredibly talented Virginia Fisher. With an exceptional portfolio, including the iconic Huka Lodge, I couldn’t wait to experience her work firsthand.

The name “ROKI” comes from te reo Māori and means “tranquil”—a beautiful reflection of the feeling this hotel evokes. Virginia has brought that vision to life through a sophisticated blend of natural textures, rich fabrics, warm earthy tones and timeless finishes, creating spaces that feel both luxurious and effortlessly calming.

An unforgettable stay and endless inspiration for anyone who appreciates exceptional design. ✨

Queenstown has just raised the bar🧑🏻‍🍳🍾🥂

An unforgettable evening at Essence, located within the stunning ROKI Collection. Now proudly recognised as New Zealand’s only two MICHELIN Star restaurant, Executive Chef Paul Froggatt delivers a dining experience that’s every bit as exceptional as the accolade suggests. ✨

A reminder that true excellence is found in the details—whether it’s world-class hospitality or real estate.

SOLD | 26 Walmsley Road, St Heliers 🏡✨

This one wasn’t for the faint-hearted.

We launched to market on the very day global conflict made headlines and uncertainty swept through the property market. From there, it felt like every challenge imaginable lined up against us.

Today, more than three months later, I’m thrilled to say we achieved a pleasing result for my vendors in what remained a challenging market.

One thing this market keeps teaching me: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Real success comes from staying realistic, adaptable, and focused on the end goal.

Congratulations to my wonderful vendors and the lucky new owners of this beautiful St Heliers home. 🎉

WILLOW — where heritage architecture meets contemporary retreat living.

Originally built in the 1890s, this restored Cape Victorian farmhouse balances timeless proportions, layered interiors, and understated luxury against a serene riverside landscape.

Expansive verandahs, double-volume sash windows, curated designer furnishings, and warm natural textures create a space that feels both historic and deeply modern — a study in adaptive restoration done beautifully.

A home designed for slower mornings, long conversations, and intentional living.

Dream Team Energy at 26 & 28 Weybridge Crescent ✨🚁🏡

and I are feeling incredibly proud — 2 of the 8 homes within this stunning development are now SOLD in just 5 weeks.

A huge congratulations to the developers and builders, BCG Group, who have just won the Gold Award at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards 2026 🏆

Recognised for excellence in workmanship, construction practices, and innovation for their previous project — Ashby Grove, St Heliers — and it’s easy to see that same quality shining through here.

This development is something special, and we would love for you to come and have a look for yourself.

If this project isn’t the perfect fit, we can also place your name on the waitlist for upcoming developments across Auckland.
