👉The latest REINZ market stats are in for February.

⬆️New Zealand’s median house price was $885,000 – up 14% over the same time last year and with a slight increase on last month, demonstrating continued value growth which is supported by an increase in house price index.

The other metrics demonstrate a slightly softer market than what we saw this time last year, attributed in part to changes in lending criteria which we are expecting to see flatten out as the market adapts after the summer holiday period.
