Reflecting on the year, we are incredibly proud of what’s been achieved.
A huge thank you to all of our vendors who trusted us with the sale of your homes. It is a privilege we never take lightly, and we are honoured to have worked with you through such an important chapter.
To all the purchasers we have worked with this year, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. Seeing people take their next step is what makes this work so rewarding.

And there we have it the full financial year (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026) wrapped up, closed off and we see how the team positioned in the office over the full course of the year. While we congratulate all of our team for their contribution across the year, we give a big shout out to Team Jenner who secured the top spot for the second consecutive year 😊
The Takanini team have worked extremely hard over the year navigating the market ensuring that they stay in control of the variables that they can lever and letting go of those which are not. They have guided numerous vendors and purchasers through the first or next part of their real estate journey and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the outcomes and memories created.
As we move the dial back to zero and we all line up at the start line again for the year ahead the team are equipped, ready and eager to get on with the job at hand and that’s ensuring that they work closely with both our vendors and purchasers in order to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties in this market
