This week we introduced The CAB at Civic Quarter to a new international audience at an exclusive cocktail night in the Great Room at Raffles, Singapore. Hosted by John Love, Managing Director of Love & Co. in collaboration with Bayley’s Projects and Knight Frank, the event served as a platform to divulge the latest insights into the dynamic Auckland residential property market.

Over cocktails and canapés, the highlight of the soirée was the presentation of The CAB where the audience was captivated by the unique investment opportunities that our remarkable development promises. Sustainability is one of the single biggest issues facing us today. Full Stop. A recent Ipsos survey found that 81 percent of New Zealanders are concerned with climate change.

New residential developments are full of construction and lots of carbon emissions.

We had some sad news recently our Development Security Team - Strata Security lost their Founder Teisina Tua, to a sudden heart attack. Teisina and his team have provided security for us for the last 10 years across numerous developments, with the last one being The CAB and Civic Quarter. We never had a loss incident with Teisina's team on site.

Teisina was a family man and his wife Lana and son Steward also worked in the business. Steward, has stepped up to lead the business and continue supporting the family.
