Established in 1989, Commercial Realty ( www.commercialrealty.co.nz ) is a privately owned commercial real estate firm providing both commercial real estate and property management services within the Auckland market. We have a team of 10 dedicated real estate agents who bat well above their weight in the competitive world of Commercial Real Estate in Auckland. We all have backgrounds that vary but the majority of us have worked in the larger brokerage business’s like Colliers, CBRE, Bayley’s, Jones Lang LaSalle and even for many of the larger property owners such as Goodman and PFI. We are based in Mt Wellington right in the heart of the Auckland Commercial property market.

Your initial role will involve
- Working closely with the Directors in different facets of the business
- Assisting in marketing properties for lease and sale
- Assisting in prospecting owners and tenants
- Working both within a team and individually
- Building a database for your future business

Typically, our industry is 100% commission but you will be paid on an hourly rate to start with. You will be expected to work similar hours to the other staff within the business. We are flexible on a start date depending on the applicant but are ideally looking at later in 2019 or the start of 2020.

We have three Directors who are all actively involved in the business so you will be well supported and trained to ensure that you have the best platform from which to succeed. The commercial property business can be very rewarding and with hard work there are few limitations to your success.

MS Office experience (InDesign and Photoshop experience a bonus)
Previous experience in property administration is an advantage
