The team at We Subdivide hope you had a great festive season and wanted to let you know we are back on deck and underway for 2025.

This year marks our 10th year helping our clients like you through the pitfalls and issues of subdividing, which we are very proud of. Over this time we have seen a lot of changes and issues and there are more for 2025 which makes We Subdivide more than ever an asset for anyone developing.

We are not sure if you have seen any of the media (far too little information for how potentially dangerous this is ) around the issues with Watercare new waste and water connections availability and areas where development will have to be put on hold.

There are new areas where there is limited or no availability for development. This adds another issue for developing that not every one knows about, I have had two people call me so far this year who have just bought thinking they can develop now who cant. They paid for a development site that isn't developable till possibly 2045!
