Onehunga is one of those areas I know well and always enjoy spending time in.

There are so many little local favourites - No.117 Cafe on Trafalgar Street does the best smoothies, Dress Smart Auckland is always handy, and I love being so close to Cornwall Park for a walk followed by a stop at the bistro.

It’s also such a well-connected spot, with the train station right there, easy access to the airport and so many great neighbouring areas just a few minutes away.

Having worked in and around this part of Auckland for years, it’s all the little things I’ve come to know that make me appreciate an area - not just the homes, but the places you actually go, the people and the lifestyle that comes with living there.

And this is only a handful of my favourites… the list really does go on and on. I’m excited to share more of them with you soon 🤍

Having lived and worked in this part of Auckland for years, I know the area well, and these are a few of the places I genuinely find myself coming back to.

One thing I’ve loved about walking around Europe is how often the architecture makes you stop and take a second look.

Some of these buildings have been here for hundreds of years, and yet they’re still beautiful today.

It’s made me think about what good design really comes down to. Quality materials. Thoughtful proportions. Craftsmanship. And enough character to make a home feel individual rather than like everything else around it.

It’s something we’re lucky to have plenty of in Auckland too.

Trends will always change, but thoughtful design and genuine character have a way of sticking around.

Each one has been completely different, with its own story, its own challenges and, most importantly, people ready for their next chapter.

I’m very grateful to every vendor who has trusted me with their home this year, and to all the buyers I’ve met along the way.
