xperienced real estate salesperson and an ambitious individual Aata believes it is critically important to work on creating a solid foundation and trust with both the vendor and potential buyers. She understands when approaching and dealing with clients that its important to ensure foundations are built to encourage that trust. Before launching into the real estate sector, Aata was an area manager for a business finance company in the technology leasing field. Coaching and training staff from Auckland down to the Coromandel, Aata became well versed at learning effective sales dialogues which delivers successful outcomes. “The dynamic aspect of residential property sales and marketing is that you are always dealing with new personalities and properties. Every one is unique, and must be treated accordingly. Yet in saying that, the fundamentals of sales and marketing are pretty much the same – understanding the motivation of the vendor, then identifying the ‘touch points’ of the buyers, and finding a solution for them where they both meet…. the sale price,” says Aata.

“For me, it’s about being adaptable to an ever-changing sales scenario. I’m working in a fantastic team within the Long Bay office of Bayleys, and I’ve got a wealth of talent and experience to draw on. Combined with my mind-set of absolute determination and Bayleys outstanding marketing and results. When relaxing you will find Aata playing A grade netball and other team sports. Family and friends are equally important to her as well as a love of travel.
