Hello everyone!
It looks like we’ve suddenly woken up to the fact that we’re on the downward slide to Christmas! Yikes — where has the year gone? There’s so much to do and so little time, and somehow the countdown seems to get faster every year.
Oh, and by the way, I’ve had my house painted! I went with a fairly neutral palette, but what a difference it has made. Everything looks so fresh, clean and beautifully straight — it feels like a whole new house.
The birds have also decided it’s time to get the day started, with their morning chorus kicking off around 4.00-ish. And with daylight saving just around the corner, that early wake-up call will only feel earlier! Looks like we’ll all be up and about before we know it.
I planted my veggie garden a few weeks ago with Roger and enjoyed my first lettuce pick for a BLT sandwich; it didn't disappoint either.
