Hi all,

The mornings are definitely getting lighter, and the middle of the day is starting to feel warmer. Spring is on its way!

Today marks the settlement of 9 Muir Ave, Māngere Bridge. We've also had great numbers through 12 Andes Ave, Māngere Bridge. Be sure to check out our listings in the Digi Magazine below.

I've been keeping an eye out for the lambs at Ambury Farm, but they haven't arrived just yet. I'm hoping we'll see them over the next week or two.

I also took a photo of a flowering yucca—or something very similar! Their blooms are quite spectacular, and after flowering, the plant dies, making the display even more remarkable.

The magnolias have been magnificent this year, with some truly stunning blooms. I'll also be popping down to Cornwall Park to take a few photos. I think we're still about two to three weeks away from the daffodils and bluebells being at their absolute best.

Hi all,

Well, we really are in the depths of winter now! I don't mind it too much, as long as the weather stays fine. Our open homes over the weekend certainly kept us on our toes, trying to balance the umbrella, flag, and open home signs!
On my flyer drops around the listing streets, I spied a gorgeous idea for children to add toys. A fairy house and also a magnificent Magnolia tree in full bloom. They are loving this weather. Pictures below.

Hi everyone,

Hi all,
Sorry I haven't posted in the last 10 days. I've been down with that dreaded flu, but I'm slowly starting to come right now.

The good news is that 9 Muir Ave, MB has now sold! We will see lots of changes over time. The new owner is going to revive the home, and it will be interesting to watch the progress.
We're also going live this weekend with a fantastic new listing, with another two properties coming to the market over the next couple of weeks.

It's great to be back, and I look forward to sharing these exciting opportunities with you all!
