We have an exciting new opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager to join the Papatoetoe team. We will give full training in all aspects of the job if you are an intermediate with more to learn and grow.

In this role, you will be involved in the management of a portfolio of properties, which will include letting and you will work closely with a fantastic supportive team.

Our ideal candidate would have the experience and ability to become a BDM and be comfortable working in a high-energy and multitasking position and be willing to be an involved member of the overall team.

Key skills and attributes required are as follows:

- Customer and client care focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner
- The ability to problem-solve and take initiative
- A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- The ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Excellent time management
