Davinci Group’s Pre-Paint system is designed to improve finish quality, reduce site delays, and protect cladding before it ever reaches the building.
By coating timber and linea weatherboards, fascia, soffits, trims and other exterior components in a controlled environment before installation, we can achieve a far more consistent finish than relying entirely on site conditions.
Pre-painting also helps reduce the risk of shrinkage lines, moisture exposure and weather-related delays, while allowing faster completion once the cladding is installed. Boards arrive protected, coated and ready for fixing, with final site coats completed after installation.
For builders and developers, the system can also help reduce scaffold time, streamline sequencing and provide a more predictable painting programme.
We can provide m² rates for full cladding packages, along with off-site spraying, delivery coordination and final on-site finishing.

Two-stage exterior repaint underway
Stage 1 — walls and soffits completed first.
Stage 2 — once the walls are finished, they’ll be fully masked back before we move onto the roof system.
For the roof we’re using a Shieldcoat coating system:
• Oil-based zinc primer
• Two full top coats
Doing the project in stages lets us control overspray, protect finished surfaces and achieve a much cleaner final result across the whole house.

Wall straightening using a straight edge or screed, followed by our full-wall reinforcing mesh system.

This process is ideal for correcting existing homes with bowed walls, uneven surfaces, or large undulating wall areas. We first straighten and true the wall surface, removing highs and lows to create a much flatter finish.

Once the wall is brought back into line, we apply a full-wall reinforcing mesh system before the finishing coats. This helps create a stronger, more stable substrate while also reducing the risk of cracking and movement through the finished surface.

Perfect for premium Level 5 and Level 6 finishes, especially in areas with extreme lighting where every imperfection shows.
