When you rent a home managed by a Pukeko Rental Manager, your tenancy is covered by a clear agreement that follows the Residential Tenancies Act. This means both tenants and landlords have defined rights and responsibilities, so everyone knows where they stand from day one.

Your tenancy agreement sets out the details for your home, and there’s also helpful information available through Tenancy Services website if you ever need it.
