If you know me, you know my whole life runs on time management 😂🤍

Trying to finish a bit of work while dinner’s cooking, because if I can get everything done before school pick-up, it means when the boys come home I can actually be present with them.

Of course it doesn’t always work out like this. Some days I’m out all day and dinner is getting made with three little humans running around me 😂 but whenever I can, I try to get ahead.

Work done, dinner nearly done, then it’s mum mode for the rest of the afternoon. 🤍

Signed myself up for something a little crazy 😂🤍

I’m definitely not a runner… and I wouldn’t exactly call myself a walker either 😂 so 11km is going to be VERY interesting.

But I thought, why not? It’s something I’ve never done before, it gets me out of my comfort zone, and most importantly it’s for such a good cause supporting Starship Foundation and the amazing work they do for children and families.

So now I guess the training begins 😅 I have no idea how this is going to go, but I’m actually really excited to give it a go and make a fun day out of it.

Yesterday was such a full day, but such a good one. 🤍

We started with brunch, then straight into the summit and honestly… there was so much happening all day. Trade displays, way too many free goodies 😂, amazing energy, great music, lots of laughs and so many little moments in between.

But my favourite part was probably just being around so many different people, hearing their stories, listening to the speakers and taking in all the little things you can learn from people who have been doing this longer than you.

Real estate for me is still very much learning as I go. I definitely don’t know everything, and I don’t think I ever will, but I actually love that part of it. Every conversation, every event, every person you meet teaches you something.

One thing that really stayed with me yesterday was the reminder to just be yourself 🤍 especially on social media. Not everything needs to be perfect, polished or overly thought out. People connect with real people. Real life, real personality, real moments.

And I think that’s probably the biggest thing I’m learning lately too… just show up as yourself, keep learning, keep meeting people, keep growing and enjoy where you are while you’re getting to where you want to be.

Very grateful for days like this. 💙
