The latest REINZ figures show the average days on market sitting at 48 days. In comparison, the Browns Bay team is currently achieving an average of just 35 days on market.*

Thinking about buying at auction? 🔨

Auctions are cash and unconditional, so preparation is key.

Before auction day, make sure your finance is approved, inspections are complete and you've done all your due diligence. Our North Shore team says this is one of the biggest factors in helping buyers feel confident when bidding.

A 10% deposit is usually required on the day, but in some cases an auction variation can be arranged, so it's worth speaking with the agent early.

Most importantly, don't go it alone. An experienced agent can help guide you through the process so you know exactly what to expect on auction day.
