Diane Nelson announces sale of Real Landlord Insurance and Real Premium Options to Insurance Wholesale.
After 20 years managing Real Landlord Insurance NZ Limited and Real Premium Options Limited, Diane Nelson has announced the sale of the businesses to IWS Group Limited.
Real Landlord Insurance is New Zealand’s leading insurance business specialising solely in the provision of Landlord Insurance through approved Property Management companies. The business has been protecting landlords in New Zealand since 2003 and has become an integral component of the New Zealand property management industry.
"I am extremely proud of the accomplishments of Real Landlord Insurance and the value it has brought to our clients and partners," said Diane Nelson. "The decision to sell the business now has been made to allow me to move to the next phase of my life in retirement and to ensure that the business continues to thrive under new ownership.
