If your clients currently hold a REAL Classic policy, now is an ideal time to consider upgrading to the REAL Premier Policy. This upgrade provides higher insured limits and includes the new benefit for pet related building damage, offering broader protection and added peace of mind.

In addition to the four weeks’ general bond and two weeks’ pet bond, Real Landlord cover helps further reduce the financial concerns your property owners may face, giving them confidence that their investment is well protected.

When do the changes take effect?
From 1 December 2025, all new policies will be issued on the enhanced Beazley wording.

From 1 January 2026, the changes will take effect for all renewing policies. Until renewal, existing policies remain unchanged.
