This Property is Owned by a Company called Greenock Farms Ltd this company consists of 10 shareholders and has been going for approximately 45 years, Every now and then some share holders need to move on and some shares come up for sale, it has always been who you know to get a share and all new shareholders must be approved by existing shareholders, there is a maximum of twn shares, currently there is a few shares for sale and you can PM me if you would like a number for these people, Shares as a rule sell for approximately 10% of GV, in todays ratable value that would be around the 1000k-1200k mark for the property cv, this makes a share worth around the 100k - 120k mark, all shares pricing and final sales value depends on your negotiating skills with the existing shareholders,
