I have put up over 350 SOLD signs and I guarantee the wind always blows making it difficult to get a bump free finish. But there were no bumps in the auction room today when this lovely home at 37 Wakefield Drive sold under the hammer. Congratulations to all lots of happy smiles today. After nearly 16 years my days of putting up sold signs is coming to an end. But I am still around until the end of the year so if you would like the SOLD sign in your front lawn do call me. I’ve put up over 300 SOLD signs and I guarantee the wind always blows making it tricky to get a smooth finish but regardless if any bumps in the sign there were no bumps in the auction room today with very happy buyers and very happy sellers. Congratulations to all.

Sold under the hammer today as a result of a pre auction offer. Just two weeks on the market. A huge thank you to the owners Sheryl and Ron what an absolute delight to partner with them to achieve the Sold sign so quickly. 10 Ladera Mews had been under contract for quite some time and also had a backup contract both waiting for the purchasers properties to sell.
