We do love rolling a SOLD sticker onto a signboard!

We knew we were going to be busy with this beauty, we just didn't understand HOW busy until we planted the flag and opened the door to our first open home on 4 May.
The first attendees were waiting outside the door 15 minutes ahead of the start of the open home, and they just kept streaming through. 🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️👫🚶‍♀️👭👬🏃🏃‍♂️👨‍👩‍👦
And that was pretty much the pattern of the next few weeks...
No surprises then that by the time we left the EVES auction room on 29 May the delighted new owners had been identified, and another four weeks later we were able to deliver them their house warming gift.

(Right! Our job here is done. Now we need to find more gems like this so we can roll on some more SOLD stickers and deliver more house warming gifts. Give us a call if you can help 😁)

Whoop Whoop! This gorgeous home attracted heaps of attention and had the buyers vying for the keys. Sadly there can only be one winner, but that winner is - understandably - pretty stoked! Move in day is just around the corner...🤩🥳
