What a beautiful sunny warm day in Marlborough!
The latest stats have been compiled - the market is still ticking over with similar sales volumes, however, the dynamics have altered slightly. Some of the higher value properties are starting to sell as buyers struggle to find cheaper stock that meets their needs. This accounts for the average sale price increase...It's still a great time to buy before the Spring rush!.

The latest sales stats for Marlborough are out. Its been another consistent month for sales in the area, however listings continued to increase in volume to just over 700 while sales sit mid 200's so there's plenty of choice and some good buying opportunities...
The largest buyer sector appears to be a blend of investors and first home buyers shopping in the $600 - $700k range at present, and there are some exceptional properties available in this range.
If you are looking at investing, its a great time to make the move - and I'm here to help....

Hello to all my followers. Thank you so much for supporting me. The start has been fairly overwhelming getting to grips with all the IT platforms, options, apps, policies, procedures, brand guidelines….
