Dear friends,
I’m collecting new pyjamas for Foster Hope, for children and young people aged 0 to 18.
This has become an annual collection, and I’ve been doing it for the last five years. Every year, it absolutely fills my heart to see the response from our community. People quietly show up, give what they can, and help make a real difference to children who need a little extra care.
Many foster children arrive at their new home with very little, and sometimes with absolutely nothing of their own. Something as simple as a fresh pair of pyjamas can help give a child comfort, dignity, and a small sense of identity at a time when their world may feel uncertain.
While pyjamas are the main focus, new socks and underwear are also incredibly appreciated and go a long way too.
Last year, thanks to the kindness of our community, I collected hundreds of items of clothing, filling 14 large boxes. I was truly grateful for that support, and I would love to see if we can do the same again this year.
If you are in a position to help, I would be so grateful if you could donate a pair of new pyjamas, or new socks and underwear.
