We recently had the pleasure of staging this near-new 3-bedroom home in Cambridge, and we love how the clean, contemporary aesthetic came together.

Our focus for this property was to enhance its sleek, functional design. In the open-plan living and kitchen area, we paired crisp white walls with warm wood tones and black accents to match the home's modern exterior and make the layout feel incredibly cohesive.

In the master bedroom, we created a luxurious retreat using a sophisticated palette of black, white, and warm oatmeal tones, anchored by a beautiful textured artwork. The result throughout is an inviting space that allows buyers to easily visualise themselves living here.

Striking the perfect balance at 7 Hauhake Terrace.

Instead of heavy furniture that crowds the open-plan hub, we paired soft, textured creams with bold black accents—like the statement coffee table and sleek dining seating. The result is a beautifully grounded, modern space that highlights the natural light and the seamless layout of the home.

Successfully SOLD within our 6-week staging period!

We collected our furniture from this project yesterday, and it was a great reminder of just how critical a smart layout is when presenting a home to the market.

On paper, this is a 2-bedroom property. But at a generous 158m², it boasts an incredibly spacious open-plan living area. To ensure buyers truly felt that scale, we kept the central sightlines completely open, using a pair of tailored armchairs to frame the space rather than block it.

Creating that seamless flow from the front door right out to the deck helped lock in a contract and secure a fantastic result for the vendors before our standard staging period was even up.

We always love working on builds by the team at ZB Homes—their attention to layout and clean finishes makes our job such a pleasure.

We love how the nature-inspired feature walls tie in perfectly with the kitchen tones in this new build.

Instead of overcrowding the rooms, we used carefully selected artwork and pieces to complement those exact tones. By keeping the styling intentional, it lets the colour palette flow naturally and keeps the space under those beautiful raked ceilings feeling open and light.

We recently had the pleasure of staging the beautiful 'Te Miro' villa. With its stunning cathedral ceilings and light-filled open spaces, this home is designed for luxury later living.

Our approach was all about the art of restraint—using a mix of carefully selected textures and warm tones that enhance the incredible sense of space without over-furnishing. The goal was to match the five-star resort vibe of the village, creating an inviting, sophisticated environment that lets the architecture do the talking.
